Refund Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
Plain rules for credits, subscriptions and refunds at HoneyVid, run by Beundra AB, Sweden.
What credits are
Credits are what you spend to create videos. The cost is shown before you create. Credits have no cash value outside HoneyVid.
Failed or blocked generations
If a video fails, or is blocked (for example by a safety check), the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Subscriptions
- A subscription renews automatically each period (monthly) and adds credits to your balance. The price and renewal date are shown at checkout and in the customer portal.
- Cancel any time in the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Unused credits never expire. They stay in your account if you cancel.
Top-up packs
Top-up packs are one-time purchases. Credits from top-up packs never expire.
Your 14-day right to withdraw (EU/EEA consumers)
If you live in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason.
Credits are digital content that we deliver straight away. When you buy, we ask you to agree that we start delivering immediately and that you lose the right to withdraw for the credits you have used. Here is how that works:
- Credits you have not used can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits you have used to generate videos cannot be refunded, because the service has already been provided with your consent.
- If you ask for a refund within 14 days, we refund the value of the unused credits and any used credits are not refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@honeyvid.ai from your account email and say which purchase it is. We reply within a few working days and send approved refunds to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of agreeing to the refund.
Other problems
If something went wrong with a video that was not refunded automatically (for example it is clearly broken), write to us. We will look at it and, where reasonable, return the credits. This does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.
